Graphic Elements

Our graphic element system is inspired by three of the most important
core components of making movies—light, focus and time.

Overview

We have three graphic elements that make up our system: light,
time and focus. Each element is inspired by filmmaking and can be
used both statically and in motion.

Graphic Element: Light

Our light graphic element is created from the shape of our logo,
which is inspired by light shining down on a stage. This element
can be rotated and scaled to create unique and flexible layouts.

Examples

Step 3: Add blur effect or color to background.

Step 4: Add typography if applicable.

Graphic Element: Focus

The focus graphic element is created from a series of circles. When
used together, these circles create the effect of a lens focus. The
circles are always concentric and can be scaled and placed to
create flexible and unique layouts.

Graphic Element: Time

The time graphic element is created from vertical lines that are
inspired by video scrubbing. When used together, these lines
create sections in the layout for photography and content.
We always use 2 to 3 lines in a layout for consistency.
